About Us

Established in 2007, Epping Physie is proud to be affiliated with the Bjelke Petersen (BJP) Physical Culture Association. BJP has proudly inspired generations of Australians to exercise both body and mind through this remarkable sport. With the national BJP syllabus, physie aims to encourage girls’ coordination, self awareness, posture and self esteem in a friendly environment. At Epping, we embody the physie values of ‘fun, friendship and fitness’.

Epping Physie is a not-for-profit community club run by a team of dedicated teachers. This means that we can offer our members low & affordable class and registration fees. Any funds raised during the year will be put back into the club to benefit our members.

We offer classes from 4+ years and accept girls of all ability levels at any time during the year. We are proud to have so many siblings start physie as a sport they can share within the family. There are annual competitions that are optional including interclub individual competitions, Champion Girl for each age group, and the annual team competitions where girls compete in groups of 8 and represent the club.
